Lynn Martin, Founding Partner

Beginning her career in marketing research in the early 1980s as an interviewer and phone room supervisor at Savitz Research in Dallas Texas, Lynn laid the foundation for understanding data collection from the ground up. Moving to a new product development company several years later, she gained solid experience in qualitative research, questionnaire design, data analysis and report writing.
Lynn has been working in the research field for almost 40 years and in that time has worked with a vast array of clients in a wide variety of fields. Due to her well-rounded knowledge of the various puzzle pieces that make up a typical research job, she is able to build codes that provide you with true insight into your respondents’ thoughts and ideas, translating open-ended comments into actionable information.
Starting CodingExperts in January of 2009, she built a team of high-level dedicated coders willing to go the extra mile for clients. The business has expanded over the years to include tabulations, foreign language capabilities and more.
Sandi Levitan, Partner

Sandi Levitan is one of three partners of CodingExperts, LLC, which was formed in late 2019 with her husband, Mike, and her sister-in-law, Lynn Martin. She is responsible for daily operations ranging from project consultations, quotes, assigning and performing coding to producing client deliverables.
She brings a wealth of experience from a varied and well-rounded background in marketing, communications, complex project management, accounting, and human resources. A born leader, Sandi has held multiple management positions, including Vice President and Controller of a premier commercial real estate company, The Amend Group, a position she held for 16 years. Prior to joining CodingExperts, LLC, she worked for seven years as the Director of Communications at Stonebriar, a non-profit religious organization with over 5,000 members.
Sandi was born in Dallas, Texas, but grew up along the Gulf Coast in Port Aransas. She graduated from Del Mar College with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Real Estate and then attended Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi where she studied Management.
Sandi and Mike share a love of music, as well as traveling the world exploring new countries.
Michael B. Levitan, CPA, Partner

Michael Levitan is one-third partner of CodingExperts, LLC, a partnership forged in 2019 with his sister, Lynn Martin, and his wife, Sandi Levitan. Mike is not only responsible for the financial aspects of our company but also serves as our client relationship manager as well as providing quoting, coding and client deliverables.
Mike obtained his CPA certificate after earning a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University. He spent over 26 years with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), where he attained the position of Assistant Vice President of Budget & Financial Planning. In that position, he financially guiding the transit agency through multiple economic and political challenges, and the quadrupling of DART's Light Rail system, all the while maintaining DART’s financial integrity, credibility and transparency. Despite having left full-time employment in 2013, DART still calls frequently to access his expertise and experience.
Mike brings the same dedicated, team-oriented, deadline-driven, meticulous to accuracy approach to CodingExperts that he has demonstrated throughout his career.
Mike’s avocational interests include sports, music, tabletop gaming and travel.
Ricki Levitan,
Sr. Coding Manager
Ricki Levitan has more than 20 years of experience in the marketing research field. Her knowledge encompasses a wide range of services that were gained while working as the sole service provider for a start-up marketing research firm and honed while working for multiple organizations on a contract basis.
Along with her marketing research skills, Ricki can create striking charts, graphs, templates, and presentations to assist you in delivering straightforward, understandable results that leave a lasting impression.
